New Iberia, LA - The visitation and funeral service to honor Arnold's life will be held on March 16, 2024, at Fields Funeral Home in New Iberia. The visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM followed by the funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
With heavy and profound sadness, announce the passing of Arnold B Williams, a beloved father, son, brother, and friend. Arnold left this world on March 8, 2024, at his residence, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be cherished.
Born on October 31, 1953, in Jeanerette to Arnold B. Joseph and Ora Lee Williams, Arnold was a beacon of light in his community. He was not just a well-known electrician and plumber; he was someone you could always rely on for anything you needed him to be. Arnold's dedication to his craft touched the lives of many and earned him a special place in the hearts of all who knew him.
In the wake of his passing, Arnold is reunited with his parents, Arnold B. Joseph and Ora Lee Williams, as well as his brothers Horace E. Williams, Sr. and Johnny Ray Williams, and his sister Regina Hills.
Arnold will be deeply missed by his surviving family and friends: his sons Arnold B Washington, Christine Washington, and Bob Marley Washington; his daughter Lorane "Midnite" Garner; his brothers Michael Wayne Williams and Kenneth Lee Williams; his sisters Rosa Williams and Marion Williams; along with 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
The memory of Arnold's kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. His spirit will continue to inspire us all to be better versions of ourselves.
