In Loving Memory of Sharona Lafleur Sharona Lafleur, born on April 23, 1977, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, was a beacon of kindness, love, and compassion to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Tragically taken from us too soon, she departed from this world on April 4, 2024, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Sharona's untimely death has left a void in the hearts of her friends and family. She will be dearly missed by her surviving loved ones: Antoine Lafleur II (Father), Tori Cormier-Keisha (Brother), Jeremy Lafleur (Brother), Antoine Lafleur III (Brother), Veronica 'Nikki' Antoine-Jermaine (Sister), Elizabeth Lafleur-Donnie (Sister), and Cindy Hannah Lafleur -Michael (Sister). She was preceded in death by her beloved mother Cynthia Lafleur and her dear grandparents Lillie Veronica Cormier, Cora Lafleur, Henry Thompson, and Antoine Lafleur III. The memory of Sharona will also be cherished by a host of extended family members and friends. Sharona's radiant spirit touched many lives during her time spent on Earth. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life particularly relishing the moments she spent getting her hair styled and surrounded by her cherished friends and family. Her warm presence brought light to those around her. A visitation to honor Sharona's memory will be held at Fields Funeral Home in New Iberia, Louisiana, on April 20, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This will be followed by a Funeral Service at the same location from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. As we bid farewell to Sharona Lafleur, let us remember the love she shared and the kindness she embodied. May she rest in eternal peace, forever remembered for the love she gave and the lives she touched. May Sharona's legacy live on through the memories shared by those who knew and loved her.
