New Iberia, LA – A service to celebrate a life well lived for Elsa Jones Batiste, “Lil Bit”, 65, will be held at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Fields Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. James Broussard, officiant. A resident of New Iberia and a native Loreauville, Louisiana. Ms. Elsa passed away at 11:37 A.M. on Monday, April 17, 2023 at Iberia Medical Center.

Visitation will be held at Fields Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, April 27, 2023, beginning at 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
