New Iberia, LA - A Homegoing Celebration for Jennifer Mae Francisco, 42, will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 2PM at Star Pilgrim Baptist Church - 423 E. Pershing Street, New Iberia, LA 70560, Pastor Donald Wright, Officiant.

A visitation will be held on from 1PM until the time of service.

Internment will be held at St. Matthew Cemetery, Fulton Street, New Iberia, Louisiana.

Jennifer was a resident of Monroe, LA and native of New Iberia, LA. She transitioned on Sunday, September 16, 2023, in Monroe, LA.

Jennifer was born on May 8, 2023 in New Iberia, Louisiana to Delores Sam and Eric Hawke.

Jennifer was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend who left us all too soon. Jennifer's journey was one of resilience and determination as she faced life's challenges with unwavering stregnth.

Jennifer's life was marked by her indomitable spirit and a passion for overcoming adversity. Despite her struggles, she persevered, always striving to better herself and those around her. She resided at a halfway house, where she worked diligently towards rebuilding her life.

She will be forever remembered for her determination, her kindness, and her ability to find beauty in life's simplest moments. She had an infectious smile that could brighten even the darkest of days, and her spirit touched the hearts of everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her sister Ana Francisco, her grandfather Sydney Francisco and her god-brother Robert Francisco.

Jennifer is survived by her mother, Delores, and her siblings, Alicia Francisco, Christopher Francisco and Thomas Francisco. Her memory will forever be etched in our hearts. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the love and kindness she shared with everyone she met.
