Josephine James Bushinelle

New Iberia, LA.- Ms. Josephine "Jo" Eva James Bushinelle, 63, was called to eternal rest on August 14, 2024, in New Iberia, LA. Josephine was born on February 16, 1961.

Josephine is reunited in the afterlife with her mother: Flora James; her father: Adam James; and her companion Bobby Laine.

She leaves to cherish her memory are her caring son: Mickey (Salinda) Bushinelle; step son: Dominic Laine; step daughter: Erika Laine; her two (2) brothers: Richard (Shirley) James and Buddy James; her two (2)sister: Peggy James and Winnie James.

Furthermore, Josephine leaves behind  three (3) grandchildren: Adam Atkinson, Mickey Bushinelle, and Jesse Bushinelle; one (1) great-grandchild: Max Bushinelle; other relatives and friends whom she loved dearly.

Josephine James Bushinelle's legacy of love will forever be treasured by those whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace knowing that she made a lasting impact on all who knew her.
