Ronnie Lee Lumpkin

New Iberia, Louisiana - A Celebration of Life for Mr. Ronnie Lee Lumpkin, 52, will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Fields Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Arthur Lee Alexander of First Jerusalem Baptist Church, officiant.

Visitation hour will be observed at Fields Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. until the time of service.

Ronnie Lee Lumpkin was born November 25, 1970, to the late Mr. Leroy Lumpkin Sr. and Mrs. Delores Lumpkin. He was a long time native of Jeanerette, LA. Ronnie passed at 2:07am on December 9, 2022 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

He leaves to cherish his memory and in God’s care, five sons, Roddrick Young Sr., Raylon Young, Ronnie Young, Jarrick Batiste, and Ja’Qualyn Batiste all of Jeanerette, LA.; his grandchildren; Mother,  Mrs. Delores Lumpkin of New Iberia, LA; three brothers, Charles Bryant (Michelle) of Chesapeake, VA; Eric Lumpkin (Ladashia) of Lafayette, LA; Leroy Lumpkin Jr. (Shawntai) of Waxhaw, NC; aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his father Leroy Lumpkin Sr.; sister, Roxanne Tillman; aunt, Linda Fuselier; grandparents, Issac Bryant  Sr. and Janet C. Bryant.
