Tramaine Anthony Jacquet Jr, affectionately known as "Lil Tee," passed away on December 19, 2023, in his hometown of New Iberia, Louisiana. Born on September 28, 2007, Tramaine lived a life filled with love, compassion, and sweetness. He will always be remembered for the joy he brought to those around him.

Education was important to Tramaine, and he excelled academically throughout his high school years. He proudly earned a high school diploma from Penn Foster High School with an exceptional 3.5 GPA. His dedication to learning and commitment to excellence will serve as an inspiration for generations to come.

Outside the classroom, Tramaine indulged in various hobbies and interests that brought him immense happiness. He had a deep love for fishing and found solace in the serenity of casting a line into the water. Gaming was another passion of his, with Madden, NBA 2K and Call of Duty capturing his imagination and competitive spirit. Tramaine also enjoyed expressing himself through cooking, playing basketball with friends, and gathering around bonfires; these activities allowed him to forge lasting memories with loved ones.

Tramaine's proudest accomplishment was not only the academic success he achieved but also the love he shared with all those who crossed his path. He emanated kindness from every fiber of his being and touched countless lives with his loving nature. He will forever be remembered as a beacon of light in the lives of those he loved and cherished.

Tramaine leaves behind his grieving family and friends, all of whom will hold his memory close to their hearts. He is survived by his father, Tramaine Jacquet Sr (Isabella), his mother, Jamasha Delcambre (Justin), his beloved Nana Gwendolyn Walker, his grandfather, Eugene McGruder, and his siblings: Jamarion "Dookie" Anthony, Kelsey "KD" Delcambre, Kion Jacquet, Malachi Jacquet, Cameron Jacquet, Tra'Shiyah Jacquet, Tra'Major Jacquet, as well as extended family members whose lives were transformed by Tramaine's presence.

His aunts Laneisha Lewis, Jo'Wanna James, Aneshia Jacquet, Jalayna Mouton, and Jasmine Delcambre (Special Aunt); uncles Jawoski Delcambre, Jamarcus Delcambre, Lance Narcisse, Jhamad Allen, Javory Webb, Jorian Webb, Jacobie James, Jorey Walker (Special Uncle); and many more relatives all mourn the loss of this remarkable young man. Tramaine's godparents Carliss Parker and Wanda Williams; godfather Jorey Walker; godfather Malcom Delcambre; special cousins Kamren Carter, Joushua Fusilier Jr, Brennon Vincent, and Kaleb Antione will forever hold him in their hearts.

Tramaine is proceded in death by his grandfather Joseph Walker, his grandmother Robin Jacquet, his great-grandmother Grace Walker Zehner, his great-grandfather Joseph Mitchell, his great-grandfather John Delcambre and his cousin Travis Delcambre. These bonds of love formed the foundation of support and strength that shaped Tramaine's character.

A visitation service in honor of Tramaine's life will be held at Fields Funeral Home on December 30th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Followed by the funeral service at the same location from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The funeral home is located at 712 Center Street in New Iberia. Friends and family are invited to attend both services to reflect upon cherished memories and offer support during this challenging time.

Tramaine Anthony Jacquet Jr. brought light and love into the lives of those he encountered. His warm heart, caring nature, affectionate spirit, and big beautiful smile will be remembered forever. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the profound impact he made on the world. May his soul find eternal peace and may his memory continue to inspire us all to love unconditionally.
